I. Purpose & Applicability
This Repair Policy defines the terms, conditions, and procedures governing repair services for JarreBull audio products. It applies to all repair requests submitted through official JarreBull channels and handled by JarreBull.
II. Warranty Coverage
JarreBull provides a 24-month international limited warranty, effective from the date the customer receives the product. During the warranty period, JarreBull will, at its discretion, repair or replace products that are found to have manufacturing or material defects under normal use.
If the product is outside the warranty period or the issue is not covered under warranty, JarreBull may offer paid repair services. Customers will be informed of the estimated repair cost and must approve the quotation before service proceeds.
III. Proof of Purchase Requirement
All repair requests must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase. JarreBull reserves the right to reject repair requests where proof of purchase cannot be verified.
IV. Repair Request Procedure
To initiate a repair request, customers must contact JarreBull customer support and provide:
- Product model and Proof of purchase(order number)
- A detailed description of the issue
- Supporting materials such as photos or videos
After preliminary evaluation, JarreBull will provide further instructions regarding shipping or service handling.
V. Evaluation & Diagnostic Process
All products submitted for repair are subject to inspection and diagnostic evaluation by JarreBull. Repair eligibility and service type will be determined based on inspection results.
VI. Repair or Replacement Decision
At its sole discretion, JarreBull may choose to:
- Repair the defective product, or
- Replace it with a new or refurbished unit of equivalent functionality and condition
Replaced parts or products become the property of JarreBull.
VII. Repair Timeframe
Repair timelines vary depending on product type, fault severity, parts availability, and service location. JarreBull will make reasonable efforts to complete repairs within a reasonable timeframe but does not guarantee a specific completion date.
VIII. Shipping & Logistics Responsibilities
Shipping responsibilities for repair services may vary by region and warranty status. We will inform customers of applicable shipping arrangements and cost responsibilities prior to repair processing.
IX: Exclusions from Repair Coverage
Repair services do not cover issues resulting from:
- Improper use, abuse, or negligence
- Unauthorized modification or repair
- Normal wear and cosmetic damage
- External factors such as power surges, liquid exposure, fire, or natural disasters
X: Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JarreBull shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, malfunction, or repair of the product.
